I didn’t realize you were in Asheville, too! 🙂 You made a vegetarian meal look quite appetizing. I’m considering going vegetarian and am not so sure yet.
Amy – I am actually in Little Switzerland (split time between L.S. and Savannah), but my favorite thing to do is to go into Asheville – LOVE IT. I think Tupelo Honey could probably make a cardboard look appetizing. I hesitated to post the picture of the melt as, although vegetarian, it was not very healthy – but a yummy Sunday lunch. A number of my friends are experimenting with being a vegetarian by going meatless at least one day a week – might be worth your trying. Good luck!
Thank you Stephanie! I love the name Pinot for a cat too – although I might need to call mine Chardonnay. My Oprah is hilarious – check out my post on Ode to Oprah for more on her antics. Thanks for stopping by!

I love your cat and that her name’s Oprah! My cat, Pinot (like the wine because she whine’s constantly), is my best co-worker and afternoon napper.

I miss living in North Carolina! I loved having the mountains so close. Looks like a wonderful Sunday 🙂
Wow. So jealous! What a lovely way to spend a Sunday. And Tupelo Honey sounds like my kind of place!
